We stayed there for the third time from the 19th June to 29th June 2013 and we have no major complains about this Hotel. The staff especially Ibu Ayu from Guest Relations Department and Pak Hendra the Front Office Manager were very helpful and attentive with us. We had provided some pointers and helpful tips to both of them for the betterment of the said Hotel. Furthermore the location of your Hotel is very centralized and within walking distance to various major shopping complexes and restaurants.
